On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler)
However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room.
The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room.
The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space.
Staff very helpful.
Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.

The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people with respiratory issues. I would recommend that you stay somewhere else due to this.

The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down).
The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.

I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good.
