The staff is amazing. They help you the best they can.
All inclusive is not all inclusive. There are many things like drinks and meals that are not included. Since the resort offers both all inclusive and not it is not as convenient as a true all inclusive resort where you can just get what you need. We spent a lot of time waiting on checks that we don't do at other all inclusive resorts.
The rooms are nice, the common space smells heavily like mildew and the carpets in the hallways are soaking wet. I know humidity has a lot to do with this, but the materials are likely not the right choice. There is for sure a mold problem here. For the price I've stayed in much nicer, truly all inclusive spaces. I likely would not return here.

The staff was amazing at Hacienda Encantada. My partner and I stayed in El Encanto for our 1 year anniversary and everyone went above and beyond. Our concierge David was extremely helpful the whole trip and booked us excursions and dinners so we didn’t have to stress. We absolutely loved El Patio pool and Ingrid took amazing care of us for our whole stay. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily and stocked with clean towels and sheets. My partner and I will definitely be returning
