We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor.
