  • Villa GN 9 is located in El Gouna North Golf area. A very relaxing theme that comes with a private heated pool and a private lagoon is comprising the main premise of the villa. Guests enjoy our hotel services of housekeeping every 2 days, room service, Netflix and free Wi-Fi.

    Villa Specs: 4BR, 3 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Reception, Dining room.

    - Netflix, AC, Private Parking, Wi-Fi (20GB max per day)


    Instructions:
    -Each Reservation is subject to approval in accordance with El Gouna Community standards and regulations
    - Please send a clear copy of the passport or valid ID for all guests at least 24 to 48 hours before arrival to arrange entry permits. For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time), All guest IDs must be submitted to El Gouna Community for approval according to the community rules.
    - Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation.
    - Guests will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival.
    - Location and entry code will be delivered to guests at check in time.

    Check-out: 12:00 PM
    - No late check out is permitted
    - No early check in is permitted
    - Smoking Not Allowed
    - A USD 300 security deposit will be held on your credit card during your stay and released after check-out
    - Guests may also be asked to provide a valid Egyptian residence or visit visa, where applicable.
    -Pets allowed upon prior approval; however, aggressive dog breeds are strictly prohibited.
    -Proof of relation may be asked to be provided to us (example: Marriage Certificate).
