Pros: Great location, with a great range of cafe/bar/restaurants within walking distance -you can see about 10 from the balcony. It had everything we needed for an 8-day stay for 2 couples (and it wouldn't be an imposition to live there full time!). Lisa was more than helpful and even doubled up as our tourist information centre.

Om något negativt så vad det dom korta sängarna (180 cm). Närhet till restauranger, bagare och livsmedelsbutiker. Vi 60-åringar klarade av de tre trapporna utan besvär. Vi kan starkt rekommendera denna lägenhet.

Pros: We spent 3 weeks at the apartment until June 28 2019 and it is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, everything works and Lisa met us on arrival, checked mid way and came to see us on the day we left. She is an excellent host. The view of the Marina is brilliant and we counted at least 30 restaurants within a 5 minurte walk. We did not want to leave to go back to rainy Edinburgh! We will definitely go back to the apartment - the town of Almerimar is lovely, nice people and lovely beaches. Thanks Lisa!

Pros: Good location of the apartment, near the park/plaza were all the restaurant, café and were all the activity happen. There is a great mercadona near by and breadshop and more. We love the balcony and the view over the Marina. Good workout from the tree floor stairwell. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replace and the couch in the apartment needed a bit of refreshing. Ower all we love our stay in the apartment and also in Almerimar Marina.
