El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Instalaciones, servicios, personal, comida… todo de primera. Mi resort favorito hasta el momento. Todo estuvo excelentemente excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%

8.6/10 Excellent! (3,789 reviews)
The staff were great because they want a good tip all the time.
The room had mould in the AC so I ended up with sinus issues. The towels still had left over make up and sun lotion on every single one.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,263 reviews)
Overall it was an okay stay overall . Overpriced for some of the things to do in the hotel . Place looked a little deserted but very clean. Food wasn’t all that for most of the restaurants , also no dinner buffet or food from the home land which was a little odd. Maybe we came in a slow season but i probably won’t be staying there again . The staff was VERY GREAT and helpful probably the best part of the hotel .
