This was our 7th trip to Casa De Campo. Obviously we love it there obviously! This time we decided to stay there the longest we've stayed, 10 days. We rented a villa like we did in 2025 and had a great experience because we were upgraded because of our Expedia status. But this time we were not upgraded. We weren't even offered an upgrade. This is the first time we haven't been upgraded. Our 3 bedroom villa was on the dark side at night, dimly lit. Also it was on the older side. We were told it is central AC, which we discovered actually meant that the living room had AC. The 3 bedrooms were units. The service at Casa De Campo is exceptional. Hard to describe how good it is. Food is incredible, but very expensive - NYC prices. Since we rented a villa we had a private concierge. We had a great concierge in Francis Lappost - we appreciated that a lot! We are hoping to be back next year with a big group next year and hope we get a great villa and an upgrade like we expect every year. May cut back to 7 days since 10 days wasn't a great experience. Highly recommended as a unique Dominican Experience.

Loved this resort. All staff were friendly and helpful for whatever was needed.

We were really looking forward to our vacation in the Dominican Republic, but unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The hotel has a lot of potential, but there are several areas that need significant improvement. The staff could be more welcoming and friendly toward guests, as the level of customer service did not meet our expectations. Our room, especially the bathroom, also needed attention. The bathroom safety bar was broken, as was the shower holder, which made using the bathtub/shower unsafe. During our stay, we also encountered rats and cockroaches, which was very concerning and unacceptable. We also had an issue with the food. We ordered a hamburger, but it came out as just meat rather than the hamburger we expected. Also, the food in the buffets were cold and no refill. Overall, we believe the hotel has great potential, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, food service, and customer service. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes so future guests can have the enjoyable vacation experience they expect.

This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part. It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very responsive and considerate in booking the dinners at the restaurants and other activities like Spa etc. Rafael came in highly recommended from the reviews at Expedia earlier and now we understand why :) For the folks like us that don't speak Spanish, the butler service is an absolute savior since many of the resort staff don't understand English well. I can't wait to be back! Thank you again Rafael for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
