"Cardeau Residence was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The lakefront views were absolutely breathtaking and the entire property felt so peaceful and relaxing. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite was immaculate, spacious, and had a huge balcony overlooking the lake,waking up to that view every morning felt unreal. The restaurant on site was amazing and every meal we had was delicious. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. From the stunning scenery to the cleanliness and hospitality, it was the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Place was great. Super clean room, but I am being honest by saying they messed up the bedding. They put bedding with a horrible smell, like the sheets were in storage for years. I went to front office and they took care of it right away, big thumbs up on that fast service. I walked all over from hotel and it was convenient and safe. I will stay there again. Great service and super clean room…"

"It was overall okay, but very run down. One day we came back after a long, exhausting day in the sun to find a note under our door saying there was no hot water due to repairs. That would have been fine, but I got in the shower and there was no water at all. I understand repairs need to be done but I would have appreciated advanced warning. Also the shower curtain wasn't long enough so our floor was flooded after every shower. And our refrigerator didn't work. There just seemed to be one inconvenience after another. The staff was friendly though."

"Staff were not helpful. We stay to eat at one sushi restaurant inside but we order stake for dinner. Food was not cooked well and waitress didn't even came onces to check on as. I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. Room was not worth the price. Shower was not the best. The day before we stay in the Hyatt in downtown, that was way better hotel by far. VERY disappointment experience."
