The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a great area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Leonardo, Nelson, and CristĆ³bal, who are truly the best bellmen! From the moment I arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always friendly, professional, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. Their outstanding customer service, warm personalities, and willingness to assist made me feel like valued guests. Employees like Leonardo, Nelson, and CristĆ³bal are a tremendous asset to the hotel and are a big reason we will gladly return. Thank you all for making our visit to El Salvador so enjoyable.
