Awesome views, cozy rooms, good food, and the staff is extremely friendly, Maria Reyes was excellent! Make sure to pack some cold weather clothing, it gets fairly cold at night.

From the minute we arrived, the property alone was spectacular to see. The convenient ramps for luggage, the assistance from the host to take our luggage, smooth check in, the immaculate room. It was all wonderful. No need to leave. There was a slight thunder storm one night and the water pipes needed to be repaired. The host insured he personally informed us of the issue which was resolved quickly.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped us organize our hike to Santa Ana volcano. The hotel was inside the national park and was very convenient. The free breakfast was great. The room was very spacious, included comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was very spacious and modern as well. I would easily stay here again if I visit Santa Ana.
