### Welcoming studio in El Cerrito for a cozy getaway

Guests have access to WIFI.  
Guests have Sling available

It is a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. It is located one block from the convenience store and 4 blocks to the shopping plaza and El Cerrito Plaza BART station.
