Started every morning with snorkeling, step’s from our room. Good pool, better than expected food, only issue was lack of AC in some areas, but it’s expected. Would recommend!

7/10 Good! (1,181 reviews)
Terrible hotel. Half the property is being remodeled and so construction everywhere. Staff not friendly like other resorts we have stayed at in the Riviera Maya. We didn't have running water in our room for half a day. Food was below average and the buffet was small and terrible. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good! (1,077 reviews)
The property has deteriorated over the years it needs a lot of maintenance. Staff is not helpful at the front desk. Food is mediocre at best. Pools look dirty. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. They want to charge extra for everything, we only drink Pepsi black from the mini bar when asked if we could get a couple more they wanted $6 a can mind you we didn’t want the beer are anything else they stocked. Will not be returning.

"Good hotel , ok food , great staff . There was just 2 things I didn't like . The golf carts aren’t accessible when needed . Either long waits or don’t show up . We walked most times. I’m only mentioning this for those who can’t walk long distance or have a condition that doesn’t allow them to walk. ..."
