The villa is situated in a residential area called Cala D'Or surrounded by houses or which are occupied by persons with different nationalities. The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning / heating and a 90 by 210 cm (!) bed and has its own bathroom with floor heating. The two other bedrooms have access to the second bathroom with floor heating. The second bedroom has a 2 person bed with air conditioning / heating and the third bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 X200 cm) with air conditioning / heating. Also available as a mobile fan. Every bedroom has plenty of space to hang and store your clothes in every room. The master bedroom has a safe and the house is equipped with an alarm system. The living room has satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning / heating and a fireplace. WiFi can be used on most of the property. Apart from the heated air produced by the air conditioning units, there is a central heating system installed for the three bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge / freezer and a microwave and can easily manage 6+ persons in case you want to receive visitors. There is also a washing machine and dryer available and ironing facilities. There is an outside kitchen, shower, toilet and BBQ facility available and you can relax by the pool with family and friends beneath one of the parasols. There are plenty of chairs pool beds (6+) a fatboy (for two) hammock and some extra hammocks where you can relax and swing. On top of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea. Around the house you will find a well maintained and lovely garden. Within 2 km from the house there are 2 supermarkets for your daily needs, a sand beach, restaurants and a tram that takes you in the direction of Alicante and Benidorm. There is also a bus shuttle that takes you to Campello and beyond. The bus stop is 200m from the villa and you can use it to head for the beach (2 min) the tram station (3 min) or into Alicante. The tram takes you in the direction of Benidorm or Alicante and beyond. In the neighborhood ... 10 minutes driving time there are plenty of hyper and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more beaches with a boulevard and shops available. Alicante and Benidorm / Albir can be reached in 20 minutes, the airport or Alicante in 25 minutes. Bonalba Golf, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica (water and theme parks) can be reached in 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are included in the price as is the energy costs, so no extra surprises in costs afterwards! The deposit is returned after the house is left behind in a good and orderly state. So various private places to relax and enjoy with good connections to the surrounding area. Hypermarket 15 mins away by car for a big shop or local mini supermarket for everyday shopping a 5 to 10 min walk. Good Italian type restaurant a 10 min walk away. Spacious, fantastically well equipped and the pool area is so family friendly. The only downside, and I do mean only, is that you need to be prepared for the location of the villa. There are 4 restaurants but they are all a 15 minute walk which includes a hill. There is one little shop, again 15 minutes up a hill. I definitely think that for most people this villa would be best if you hired a car. So not a negative at all, just something you should be aware of. We loved our stay and hope we will be able to come back again soon. ##### Katherine C. Le logement est très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. Il ne manque rien !! Accueil de Kathryn très chaleureux. Après 5 ans sans vacances nous avons décidé de partir en famille à l'endroit où nous avons toujours passé nos vacances. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir été aussi bien accueillis ! La maison est superbe et très bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien ! La piscine est parfaite et sécurisée, c'était très rassurant avec notre petit garçon de 3 ans. Le seul petit point négatif de ces vacances étaient les rangements dans les chambres pour les vêtements (nous étions trois filles avec comme d'habitude beaucoup trop de vêtements, j'avoue…) mais ce n'est qu'un détail ! Il y a tout comme à la maison ( voire mieux!!!) serviettes de plage parasols transats etc barbecue etc! Cuisine extérieure extraordinaire !!! Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux ! Le seul bémol c est la plage qui est à plus de 1.4km ( bus à 100m de la maison trajet payant 0.50€ par personne) pour les courses tabac etc il faut aller à El campello en voiture ( 8km) Dans la maison la Clim est au top, il y a plein de vaisselle , du petit électroménager (cuiseur riz, hachoir, cafetière nespresso cafetière américaine, presse agrumes etc )les salles de bain sont très grandes. Les lits sont hyper confortables ( tous dotés d un surmatelas!) et pleins d oreillers!!! Beaucoup de rangements et cintres dans les chambres. Franchement nous vous recommandons cette villa! Vous ne pourrez qu’être enchanté ! Kathryn qui vous attend à votre arrivée est super sympa et vous donne toutes les infos dont vous aurez besoin! La wifi fonctionne très bien! La tv: aucune idée pas eu le temps de la regarder car nous avons profité de l’extérieur de la maison et de la piscine! Quartier calme! Bravo Nicole et Kurt pour avoir si joliment décorée votre maison et de faire confiance à vos hôtes en laissant autant de matériel ! ##### angélique B. La casa tiene una distribución muy práctica y está completamente equipada. Únicamente tuvimos un problema con la wifi, que nos solventaron en cuanto pudo la compañía suministradora. Photos do not do justice The whole process end to end was fantastic, starting with the incredible hostess who helped us navigate the local area and helped with anything we needed. The villa was clean, and is much bigger than expected from what we saw on the photos. There is a great Italian restaurant close by as well as an English bar with the best owners possible!
