This charming rustic house is located on a very quiet street in a neighborhood with easy parking and is almost unique in the area. Nobody can imagine that behind a simple white and blue facade with two windows, the house hides a spectacular 500 m2 garden with a 10x5 m pool. exclusive use for tenants. Not only that makes it special, it is also located in the city center, just 4 minutes walk from the Town Hall and 7 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets within a 4-minute walk and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A 4-minute walk away is the Tram stop (connecting tram with the high-speed train in Alicante) and Alicante airport, in El Altet, is 22 minutes away by car. The port and water sports activities are only 1000 meters away. The splendid quadrangular garden of 500 m2 for exclusive use is located at the back of the house and is accessed through its large interior patio. It has numerous and leafy fruit and ornamental trees, palm trees and vines and has extensive areas of green grass that are watered at dawn which helps to cool the environment. The large pool of 10 m. long by 5 m. wide is located on the south side of the garden so it has sun all day. It has a seating area in the shade of bougainvillea and a mimosa and also has hammocks for those who want to get a tan. It is ideal for swimming and cooling off during the day or enjoying the warm water temperature on summer nights. At the end of a pretty white tile path, at the end of the garden, there is an 18 m2 gazebo covered by a dense vine that provides shade and coolness. It has a large table with chairs and a small sofa overlooking the meadow. The garden is dominated by a large terrace of 35 m2\. In it there is a large extendable glass table with chairs, a sofa (a sofa, two armchairs and a small table) and two more hammocks. One inside the house and the other in the inner courtyard. The common areas of the house are three united environments: a living room and a dining room connected by an American kitchen in the middle. From the living room you can see the garden at the back of the dining room. It is a very bright and pleasant space. The living room has 2 three-seater sofas, a beautiful two-seater wooden rocking chair, a large low wooden table with stools and a uniquely designed handcrafted piece of furniture in which there is a television and board games. It also has a fan. and radiator. This room has glass doors that give access to the patio. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob and oven. In addition to having the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. It has a sandwich maker, toaster, water heater, etc. Following the kitchen is the dining room that has a huge window with beautiful views of the terrace and the garden. It is decorated with rustic furniture and an original table with uniquely designed handmade chairs. The dining room also has an access door to the interior patio. Just a 7-minute walk away you can reach one of the most beautiful urban sandy beaches in the area, Carrer del Mar. Los Baños de la Reina, an ancient Roman fish farm excavated in the rock suitable for bathing and ideal for snorkeling is only 23 minutes away on foot, 6 minutes by car.
