The house features air conditioning throughout, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet, designed to provide maximum comfort. It includes a private plot and an outdoor heated pool, available from March to October, perfect for enjoying much of the year. The property is equipped with all modern conveniences, making it ideal for stays with family or friends. Its location is excellent: the tram is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the entire coast and the town center. A peaceful and privileged setting in a beautiful location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean. Located on Calle Ibi, the property is in a quiet and well-positioned residential area of El Campello, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, calm streets, and excellent proximity to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and public transport—all within walking distance.
