Located 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Mucha Vista.
2nd floor without elevator in a building with private parking and closed. In second line seafront, this apartment is comfortable, double terrace with sea views.
Brand new kitchen as well as bedding, towel and sheets provided.
Wifi access from May to the end of September.
Around :
- The tram is a 3 minute walk serving the entire coast (from Denia to Alicante).
- Airport 30 minutes by car but also accessible by bus and tram.
- The nearest major city is Alicante 20 minutes by car.
You can forget the car, do everything on foot or by tram. Absolute comfort at a reasonable price.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung! Amelia ist eine Seele von Mensch und kümmert sich um alles Nötige. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat alles, was man braucht, dazu noch 2 geräumige Balkone und einen großen abgeschlossenen Innenhof, wo man prima mit kleineren Kindern verstecken oder Ball spielen kann. Ein Baby-Reisebett ist vorhanden, ein Hochstuhl leider bisher nicht, aber unser Jüngster (1,5 Jahre) wollte in der neuen Umgebung sowieso meistens auf dem Schoß sein. Wir haben von hier aus alles mit dem (sehr günstigen) ÖPNV erreicht. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand bzw. an der Tram.

Pasamos 10 días de vacaciones en Alicante en septiembre. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado para la estancia. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y más. Hay una nevera muy grande y buena, una excelente cafetera y muchas otras comodidades. La dueña del apartamento fue de gran ayuda, resolviendo cualquier problema de forma rápida. A pesar de que llegamos tarde debido a un retraso en el vuelo, la dueña nos recibió y explicó todo detalladamente, incluso nos llevó al supermercado para que pudiéramos comprar alimentos. Estamos muy agradecidos con ella por todo. La ubicación del apartamento también es muy buena, cerca del mar y de las paradas de transporte. ¡Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia! ¡Gracias, Amelie!»

El piso es espectacular muy bien acondicionado , Amelia una gran anfitriona el único pero sería que en la misma zona le faltarían más supermercados y tiendas teniendo que ir con coche pero por todo lo demás fantástico tienes el tren al lado y la parada de bus cerca
