Building of 2003, distributed in three floors, has 105 m2 and is fully furnished and equipped. The ground floor offers a living - dining room with access to a porch terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bathtub. The last floor, ideal for guests, offers a bedroom with wardrobe and a trundle bed with furniture that gives way to a large terrace that offers unobstructed views of the mountains and a bit of the sea. You will enjoy a pleasant exterior with two patios with two orientations (one of them can be used as private parking). The gated community shares green spaces, playground and community pool. It also has fans in all rooms and heating. Likewise, the urbanization has a more collected pool and a separate area for young children. With a nearby shopping center with services such as supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant and multi-price stores provide the necessary coverage for ideal maintenance.
