"Hotel was good. However be advised we inadvertently entered the wrong date on the reservation and Hotels.com would not let us correct the date!!!
The Best Western hotel said it was out of their hands to correct. We were held responsible to pay for the wrong booked date and pay again for the date we stayed. Best Western offered a discount rate to help. Thank you to BW. WE WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN!!!"
