GUEST & PROPERTY POLICIES Guest Count & Fees Authorized Guest Fee: A fee of $35 per night will be charged for each guest aged 5 and over, for the 13th, 14th, and 15th guest. All guests must be declared prior to arrival. Reducing Guest Count Reductions & Refunds: If you need to decrease the number of guests, you must submit a formal trip change request through Airbnb. Refunds for the extra guest fee will only be provided for requests made more than 7 days before arrival and are subject to a $25 reservation change fee. No refunds for guest count reductions will be issued within 7 days of arrival. Extended Hours: Heating beyond the standard or custom 8-hour window is available for $20 per hour, but no later than 1:00 AM. How It Works: The heater is activated to reach the target temperature by the start of your scheduled window. There were 11 of us total ranging from 1-60 and we all had a blast. We loved the privacy of the home. The pool was awesome and the hosts were very quick to respond. There are neighbors, but the houses are all well spaced, so you have privacy. There are so many activities to do at this property! The kids loved the bunk room and all of the inflatable pool toys. We only paid to heat the hot tub. The pool was plenty warm (in August) for us. Very responsive hosts, were just a text away. This was the perfect place for our family to just hang out together! There’s an additional fee to heat the pool and jacuzzi. Also, you have to request the owner to heat the pool and jacuzzi for your paid time frame. It’s remotely controlled.
