THE LIVING AREA The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an PS4 game console. Guest access You have the entire home upstairs plus the entire pool area. The downstairs is another unit that is currently being minimally remodeled and have their own gate and yard. The downstairs unit does not share the 4BR/2Bth you book. You need to walk down the stairs on the left side of the house to reach the pool. Please do not walk to the stairs on the right side of the house because that leads to the downstairs unit, which is not yours. Other things to note FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome!
