"This property is lovely and the location right on the beach is very rare and beautiful. I will warn you though that since the beach is public, it can get loud and also have a lot of cigarette smoke that hits the pool and the unit at times. If that's not your jam, you might not like this at times, but most of the time it was quiet."

The added convenience of the golf cart made getting around Puerto Cortes easy and fun! Ana was responsive and helped us secure an additional golf cart and transportation to Tecolote Beach. Highly recommend this unit, we’ll definitely be back!"

"We were Very Happy with the Owner and communication. The only issue we had of any significance was the 'public beach' right in front of the condo. Almost every evening until very early morning there was public drinking and partying. A great deal of noise kept us awake until after midnight each night for 20 out of 30 days we stayed there. The Owner was aware of the problem because a 'white noise' machine was available at the property and suggested to be used. It didn't help for us. The Property itself was very adequate for our vacation. The People that maintained the Property were Very kind and helpful."
