"We loved our stay! But be aware that there is no AC. There is only a fan. Plan accordingly. We loved the free continental breakfast, it was good. Also, stunning view from our bedroom window and access to the pool and jacuzzi. 9/10. The only reason I dont give it a 10/10 is because of the lack of AC in the rooms. You have to take a Tuk Tuk to get to the downtown Guatape area, or the Bus Terminal. There are no ubers. But the Tuk Tuks are affordable and reliable. There are not many restaurants in the area, other than the one at the hotel."

"If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Guatapé, look no further. Don’t let the very reasonable prices fool you. This hotel offers exceptional value and easily competes with places that charge much more. The only thing to keep in mind is the room type. The Standard Rooms have interior windows facing the hallway rather than exterior windows. If having a window or balcony is important to you, book one of the Comfort Rooms with a balcony. The price difference is minimal, but there are only two of these rooms, so reserve early. The balcony rooms face the street, so they can be a bit noisier, while the Standard Rooms are quieter. It really comes down to whether you prefer a balcony and outside view or a quieter night’s sleep. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would gladly stay here again."
