"Excellent hotel, walkable into Palmy centre, next to a service station for any essentials. Neil was extremely helpful from the get-go, many thanks to him for the dog-friendly taxi recommendation. We stayed with our little pupper and it was like a home from home."

"Nice clean room and bathroom. Parking close to our room was hard to do most days. Restaurant had yummy food. We stayed as 2 adults and 1 child and he loved the food."

"We had such a great stay at Harrington’s Motor Lodge. The staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned each day, which was a nice touch. The location is great too. It’s right across from the Esplanade and park. There’s also a BP within an easy walking distance, and it’s not too far to walk into town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and honestly couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Palmerston North!"

"Good place to stay, only comment, the confusion of which lock box, to which unit of stay. Different group of people arriving on property trying to get in, was a little unnerving. No light bulb on porch to front door. Should label them clearly, as listed as two different street address same house!"
