"The hotel itself is great. However, our room had a broken fridge which ruined all our food, the door would not close all the way. There was a stain on the mattress, our hair dryer did not work, and neither did our iron. The pool area is ok, the breakfast was great. The elevator was not working which is not ideal when dealing with a baby. "

"It has a weird vibe going in. I walked in and it almost felt like a nursing home or maybe halfway house? People just sitting in the lobby area waiting for anyone to walk in so they could heckle them? It seems they were the actual residents. It wasnt unsafe just awkward. The room was very basic no amenities. The front desk isn't 24hrs. I went to check out at 8:50 am and the desk was closed. I just had to leave my key on the desk. It was such a strange set up and schedule. I didnt hate it or enjoy it. Neutral feelings."

"A TV in the main room to be able to hang out with who you are staying with over a cup of coffee would have been nice sine it was snowing and we couldn't sit outside. The water also had a very odd smell to it, making it hard to drink or even take a shower in it due to the smell. Careful in the main room bed as if you roll over to far there is not much support and you will fall off the bed as I did both nights. Just a few things otherwise not bad."

"So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time . "
