Our HOLIDAY APARTMENT in the Paterre, which has been awarded 9.9 points, is located in one of the oldest half-timbered houses from 1541, right in the center of Einbeck and yet in a very quiet location.You will live in a new, comfortably furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Due to the historical, the natural indoor climate of the mud walls (pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter), the exposed beams, the division of the rooms and furnishings, the apartment radiates a special atmosphere, you are embedded in the history of the house, you get well to feel. The apartment has a terrace on the same level with an awning, garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue facilities. You can relax and end the day with a cozy barbecue evening with a delicious Einbecker beer or a glass of wine. The apartment is also accessible via a rear entrance, there is a lockable room for bicycles and space for 3-4 motorbikes. Einbeck is the city of brewing and half-timbered art, you can already look forward to hundreds of lovingly restored half-timbered houses, romantic streets and alleys. You live in the third most beautiful half-timbered town in our country, live on Germany's oldest and only street with such half-timbered houses. You step out of the house and are immediately surrounded by cafes, restaurants, quaint pubs and shops. In a few minutes you are on foot in the Einbecker brewery, we recommend a visit with a subsequent tasting. What is special and enriching for us is that our holiday apartment brings guests from all over the world to us, so we get to know people we would never have met otherwise. Einbeck has a challenging 18 hole golf course, 1 large terrace where you can relax and pamper yourself after a round, a look at the beautiful Leinetal. On the RADWEG R1 you drive about 1 hour between green hills and Half-timbered villages through the idyllic valley to the cathedral city of Bad Gandersheim. On another route you drive via Sülbeck, take a look at the old salt works that are still working and then continue to the Northeim Lake District, where you can swim, sail, surf, fish and a restaurant, and drive back over the dike through the fauna and flora Einbeck. The modern Einbecker swimming pool with restaurant, terrace, slide and lawn offers a vacation day in itself. An experience is a visit to the PS STORAGE WORLDWIDE the largest MOTORBIKE and AUTOMOTIVE EXHIBITION, only a few meters away from us on foot in about 5 minutes. Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen von Einbeck lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Man wohnt mitten in der Altstadt ( z.B. zum PS Speicher sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß) und hat es doch wunderbar ruhig. Von der bestens ausgestatteten Küche, einer bequemen Wohnlandschaft, einer Menge Stauraum über erstklassige Betten und einem großen, schönen Bad bietet dieses Domizil einiges. Und alles super sauber! Viele, nette ´Kleinigkeiten´ der herzlichen Vermieter wie z.B. selbstgebackener Kuchen und Einbecker Bier sowie die zur Verfügung stehenden kuscheligen Bademäntel erfreuen das Herz ! Wir hätten gerne auch noch die hübsche Terrasse genutzt, leider lies das Wetter es nicht zu. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und danken für einen gelungenen Kurzurlaub ! ##### Birgit K.
