No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. "This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."

"I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee. All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😁 All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too 🙂 I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit for a few days, or maybe longer 👍"
