Welcome to your stay in Eilat—this brand-new 120 sqm, 3-bedroom apartment sits inside a luxurious new residential complex, just a short walk to the beach promenade and Eilat’s main beaches. Located on the 2nd floor with a quiet courtyard view, it’s an easy place to settle in, with private free underground parking included.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, modern layout with a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for real stays. Large windows with soft curtains bring in natural light, while warm neutrals and clean lines create a calm, contemporary feel. After a day out, unwind on the sofa (which converts to a single sofa bed) and stream your favorites on the 55” Smart TV.

The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast at home or a relaxed dinner in, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and a full-size refrigerator. A washing machine is also available, which is especially handy for longer visits.

Sleeping is set up for up to 7 guests with two queen bedrooms, one double bedroom, and the single sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms for extra comfort: one with a bathtub and shower combination, and one ensuite with a shower.

For added safety and peace of mind, the apartment includes a Mamad (safe room).
