The location was amazing. The staff was lovely and helpful. However, we did not receive any housekeeping. The hotel and the room were very clean, though. Overall, we liked our 3-night stay.

Room 1006 door to enter was sticking shut. The only way to open the door was to shove it with my body weight. The maintenance person never showed up to fix it during our stay

Was a nice place to stay. Short staff at the bar areas. Day shift employees didn’t seem to care. Night shift employees were great! The pool needed to be cleaned, bugs all in it. Parking was crazy. Why am I paying 65$ a day to park at a place I paid to stay? After paying a resort fee too.
