The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"

However, given the age and style of the building, it’s understandable and didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.
