A well maintained apartment with Wi-Fi, and private entrance and a walk-in balcony Equipped with table chairs and corner seat. We also gladly set up a barbecue for you. The large apartment with a spacious bedroom in the Italian style, a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm with 4 door wardrobe, a sofa bed with bedding 80 x 200 cm, a small fold-out wall bed 80 x 185 cm, which can be used thanks to the roller feet throughout the apartment , Alternatively, an additional mattress 90 x 200 cm can be used on the floor. On request we can also put on a cot. A second, smaller bedroom has an adult bunk bed, also ideal for children and a single bed and wardrobes. Next you have a high chair and on request also a selection of infant or Children's toys available. A living room in a modern country house style with a flat screen TV and a cozy reading corner. A double sofa bed with 150 x 200 cm lying area The well-equipped kitchen is a combination of modern and nostalgic country house style, with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and oven with ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen is a pantry / storage room with fridge-freezer and a shelf, which you can use for your food supply. In the bathroom, a bath is a shower and sink with conversion cabinet. The toilet is in a separate room. The apartment is on the south and west side, this includes living room-both bedrooms and kitchen, wonderfully light-flooded, which can also be regulated by outdoor shutters. You also have a washing machine in the apartment for your sole use. Facilities include linen and towels. You have a parking space directly in front of the house in the yard and on the street. Admire the wide landscape of the Nördlinger Ries, which you can also look at from our Kirchberg. In our village you have the possibility the children's playground about 200 m and the outdoor pool with separate children's pool about 300 meters away, free to use. Our rural area with forest and paths invites to hiking and cycling trips. In the residential town of Oettingen in Bavaria, 4 km away, there are plenty of shops, doctors, pharmacies and a hospital. There is also a mini golf course, an outdoor pool on the Wörnitz and a local history museum. Visit the Hofgarten and the castle with exhibitions taking place. We wish you a pleasant stay. Bei dieser Ferienwohnung passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind dabei. Ein Grill wurde ebenfalls bereit gestellt. Es gibt in der Nähe einiges zu besichtigen. Zu allem Überfluss kann man auch noch am Natursee baden. Was braucht man mehr, um ein erholsames, nettes Wochenende, mit Freunden zu genießen. Die Familie Thorwarth ist sehr nett und hat uns zu Ausflugszielen Tipps gegeben. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es schöne Altstädte zu Besichtigen sowie ein schönes Flussbad mit Wildgehege. Es gibt genügend Handtücher, viel bezogene Bettwäsche und auch die Grundausstattung ist beachtlich. Klopapier, Gewürze, Handseife und auch Geschirrtücher waren vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Hof ist ideal für Kinder, denn er ist komplett eingezäunt. Für uns wurden extra 2 Dreiräder und ein Bobbycar bereit gestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und alles war top. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum Einkaufen muss man nach Oettingen fahren. Aber ein netter Spielplatz und ein Badeweier sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr abgeschnitten, aber das war auch Mal eine sehr schöne Abwechslung zum stressigen Stadtleben. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Bäcker vor Ort. Diese bequeme Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln, guten Betten und das Nötige an Hausgeräten ausgestattet. Nichts fehlt und man fühlt sich so gut wie zu Hause. Nachts kann man gut ausruhen, denn es ist schön ruhig. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und haben dort eine recht schöne Zeit verbracht. Es lohnt sich in der Gegend rumzuschauen. Zum schwimmen gehen ist der Brombachsee empfehlenswert, weitere Ausflüge nach Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nördlingen, Nürnberg, Ulm lohnen sich ebenfalls. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, doch auch Ferien haben leider ein Ende. Ich würde diese Wohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor herzlich weiterempfehlen.
