"Throughout our stay, the staff were all so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great variety of options for breakfast and we didn’t have one bad meal when we ate in any of the restaurants. Would also highly recommend the Winchester bar for a drink. "

The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. "The Staff at Trident hotel Chennai love their job. I found them all courteous, helpful and very willing to answer all my questions. This was my first visit to Chennai this April 2024. I stayed between 04/24 -04/28. During this time the hotel Concierge recommended me to the best tourist sights including shopping areas. This is an establishment where the employees love their job and give their very best to their guests. Thank you to everybody at Trident who made my first visit to Chennai a beautiful experience !!"
