Our guesthouse is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location, nestled in the midst of an idyllic garden, in the heart of Eggstätt. You’ll be able to relax wonderfully here, as no traffic noise disturbs the soothing silence. Our Bavarian-style house features four holiday apartments. The two apartments on the second floor leave nothing to be desired and are lovingly decorated in a Bavarian style. All apartments have a balcony. Of course, you’re also welcome to use our large, sunny lawn, and the children can pass the time on the playground. The Gasthof Unterwirt is right next door, so your dining needs are taken care of, and you can also enjoy the breakfast buffet (for a fee). Shops, banks, and other restaurants, as well as the nature reserve with Lake Hartsee, are also within walking distance. And so nothing stands in the way of a holiday where you can leave the car behind for a change! We apologise for any inconvenience <br><br><br>. If you love Bavarian living culture and enjoy a cosy atmosphere, the “Hartsee” holiday apartment is sure to delight you. It offers a Bavarian atmosphere across a spacious 80 m². You’ll find a small entryway leading first into the very beautiful, bright kitchen. The kitchen is decorated in a country-style and is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes for cooking and dining—leaving nothing to be desired. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. A cosy corner bench with a table, as well as a CD radio to set the mood for a good morning, are of course also included. You can step out onto the large, wraparound balcony right from the kitchen. This is truly a highlight, as it offers plenty of space for dining, as well as for reading and relaxing. Next, you’ll find the huge living room, which also opens onto the balcony. Here, too, you’ll experience that quintessential Bavarian cosiness. A seating area with a large TV and a great dining nook in a bay window are spread out over approximately 40 m². Here, we provide you with the first sleeping options: two fold-out beds. The next room is also spacious—the bedroom—with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. This room also opens onto the spacious balcony. The next room you’ll find is the bright bathroom with a window. A separate shower, bathtub, and sink, along with plenty of space, invite you to relax. The separate bathroom is right next door. We’ll, of course, provide plenty of bed linens. With so much space, your family holiday is guaranteed to be relaxing!<br> Eggstätt is located in the heart of Chiemgau, right on the Eggstätt Lake District—Bavaria’s oldest nature reserve. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to enjoy a relaxing outing in the enchanting natural surroundings of Eggstätt. Lake Chiemsee is only 5 km away. We’re located at an elevation of 539 m above sea level and have a population of approximately 2,900.<br> Our guesthouse is situated in a very quiet and central location in the village. The “Unterwirt” inn, located directly behind the house and long run by our family, offers additional amenities to complement your holiday rental. You’re also welcome to have breakfast there, and the children can enjoy the inn’s playground.
