The Huberhof in Meisham is a former farmhouse situated in an idyllic and very quiet location about 2 km north of Eggstätt—ideal for up to 2 people seeking peace and relaxation. Biking and hiking trails start right outside the front door. Lake Hartsee, with its recreational and swimming areas, is a 25-minute walk away. Both vacation apartments feature a beautiful south-facing balcony offering an unobstructed view of the forest and a small section of the Chiemgau Alps. The farm is no longer in operation and serves solely as a residential building. A parking space is available for you in the courtyard. There is a lockable storage area for the bicycles you bring with you.<br> This cozy vacation rental offers plenty of space across 94 square meters. It is located on the first floor of a traditional Chiemgau farmhouse and is accessible via a separate entrance. The interior is bright and welcoming, featuring old farmhouse cupboards and solid wood furniture. In the long hallway, you’ll find a selection of books, including many cookbooks from around the world. The bedroom features a large double bed and many windows. The modern bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and sink, is decorated in bright, cheerful colors. The kitchen is a separate room but is connected to the living room. It features a fresh, cream-colored design and is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, sink, and all necessary accessories. A small supply of common spices such as salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is provided. A charming little seating area for two invites you to enjoy your first morning coffee. The living room features a cozy corner sofa, an armchair, and a dining nook. There is a TV and a stereo system. Towels and bed linens are provided. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.<br> Surrounded by a charming landscape of forests, lakes, and mountains, Eggstätt/Meisham offers a quiet and natural setting that is ideal for rest and relaxation.
