### "Apartment Elisabeth" 60sqm, 1 bedroom, fireplace, balcony

Willkommen im Haus der Familie Scheck, willkommen im schönen Chiemgau. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Im Umkreis stehen hauptsächlich Wohnhäuser und zum Hartsee sind es maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch zur Ortsmitte, der nächsten Bushaltestelle, zum Bäcker oder in den Biergarten brauchen sie kein Auto, denn alles liegt in 2 Minuten Gehweite. Da kann das Auto ruhig öfters mal stehen bleiben. In Eggstätt finden sie alles für den täglichen Bedarf und in die freie Natur, zum Badesee oder auf den nächsten Radlweg haben sie zumeist nur wenige Meter. Erkunden sie den schönen Chiemgau, die Eggstätter Seenplatte und die tollen Ausflugsziele rund um den Chiemsee.   
 Die 60 qm große Ferienwohnung "Elisabeth" befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist über einen eigenen Aufgang zu erreichen, der ihnen ihre Privatsphäre garantiert. Die Wohnung ist mit hellen Fliesenböden ausgestattet, nur im Schlafzimmer haben wir, weil fußwärmer, einen schicken Laminatboden verlegt. Der erste Raum, der sie erwartet, ist auch gleich der Größte, nämlich der Wohnraum. Alle Räume wurden mit dezenten, modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. So auch hier, wo wir besonderen Wert auf ein sehr großes Ecksofa gelegt haben. Dieses kann ausgezogen und mit einem Unterbett bezogen, auch als zusätzliches Nachtlager für eine erwachsene Person genutzt werden. Ein großer TV-Flat-Screen-Fenseher mit Kabelanschluß, Blue-Ray-DVD-Player, sowie eine neue Stereoanlage (Adapter für mobile Telefone) sorgen für´s Entertainment. Wir haben aber auch einige Bücher und Spiele für sie bereit gestellt. Ein Highlight ist der schöne Kaminofen für kühle Nächte oder den gemütlichen Abend zu Zweit. Auch die angrenzende Küche ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hat zwei Fenster. Ein großer Esstisch bietet bis zu 5 Personen bequem Platz zum Essen und "Ratschen". Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank (3\*\*\*TK-Fach), Mikrowelle, Cerankochherd und Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, sowie großzügig Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck. Damit sie noch mehr Komfort genießen können, haben wir die Küche mit den gängigsten Gewürzen, Essig & Öl, sowie Spülmittel, Küchenrollen und Geschirrtüchern ausgestattet, so dass sie diese nicht mitbringen, oder gar erst einkaufen müssen. Im hellen Badezimmer versorgen wir sie mit kuschligen Bade- und Handtüchern, Kleenex, Seife und Toilettenpapier. Das Bad hat ein sichtgeschütztes Fenster, WC, Waschtisch, Spiegel und eine Wanne mit einer Glasabtrennung zum Duschen. Ein Badewannensitz erleichtet das Duschen zusätzlich. Im Schlafzimmer ist alles auf Ruhe und Harmonie ausgerichtet. Ein moderner Kleiderschrank und viel Abstellfläche bieten Platz, das neue Doppelbett mit Kaltschaummatratzen (Allergikergeeignet) einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Dachfenster kann man abdunkeln und das zweite Fenster ist mit einem Insektenschutz ausgestattet, damit man es Nachts geöffnet lassen kann. In der zusätzlichen Abstellkammer kann man Mitgebrachtes verstauen. Hier haben sie auch einige Reinigungsutensilien und einen Staubsauger zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit einer modernen Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die einen Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit angenehm macht. Am Eingang der Wohnung erweitert sich der Treppenaufgang zum Balkon, der mit einem kleinen Essplatz ausgestattet wurde. Hier können Sie gemütlich sitzen, Brotzeit machen oder einfach den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Familie Scheck war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern konnte man ganz schnell zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und zum Hartsee kommen.
