Soaring ceilings and expansive windows fill the open living, dining and chef's kitchen with light. Outside, play on the private pickleball court, grill on the expansive patio and gather around the fire pit under the trees. Step-free entry, roll-in showers and an EV charger round it out, in a quiet neighborhood moments from the water.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The chef's kitchen has high-end appliances, including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and trash compactor, plus a toaster, water kettle, blender and crock pot. We provide pots and pans, baking dishes and sheet pans, dishes and flatware, and wine glasses, plus a drip coffee maker with starter packs of Door County Coffee. The open dining area is made for meals with the whole group, or take dinner out to the patio.

Other provided supplies include starter packs of Door County Coffee and filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, and dishwasher and laundry supplies. Body soap and shower gel, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, hangers and cleaning products are provided. A first aid kit, a power outage kit, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are on site.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire home, the patio, the pickleball court, the fire pit, the grill area and the private yard. The home has step-free entry, curbless showers and wider doorways for easier mobility. Free parking and an EV charger are on site.

The Neighborhood:
The Point sits in a peaceful, mature neighborhood in Egg Harbor, moments from the water, with convenient access to local beaches, shops, restaurants, wineries and hiking trails. Favorites like Main Street Market and Hatch Distilling Co. are close by, and Peninsula State Park is minutes away.

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around, with free parking and EV charging on site. From this central location it's a short drive to Fish Creek, Sister Bay, Baileys Harbor and other nearby destinations.

The Point is professionally managed by DoCo Vacations, a locally owned Door County vacation rental company. DoCo arranges professional cleaning between stays and handles guest communication and after-hours phone support for emergencies or any other questions. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. Furniture and decor may differ from the photos.

•The layout was designed for flexibility, so reunions, retreats and multi-family groups can spread out.
•Firewood for the fire pit isn't provided; please buy wood locally to prevent the spread of invasive species.
