We stayed as a family of five, and the room was incredibly spacious, more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find that both breakfast and dinner were included, which was a huge bonus and meant we didn’t have to go out searching for food after a long day of snowboarding. We experienced a kaiseki dinner for the first time and it was absolutely amazing, one of the best cultural experiences of our trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to the station and Yuzawa Kogen Resort, and having the ski room and equipment hire all in one place made everything so easy. The rooftop onsen was beautiful, and we also had a private in-room onsen, which was perfect for us. As I have tattoos and couldn’t use the public onsen, having an in-room option made the stay even more special. Overall, an exceptional stay for our family and one we would happily recommend."
