This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

We don't typically write reviews. In fact, we're generally quite opposed to them, but in the case of this hotel, I felt it was worth making an exception.
We've had the opportunity to stay at many fine properties around the world, and I can confidently say that the service we received here was among the very best we've ever experienced.
The staff were exceptional—genuinely friendly, attentive, professional, and always eager to help. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and the level of service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay.
The property itself was equally impressive, but what really set this hotel apart was the people and the genuine hospitality we experienced.
A truly exceptional experience and one that deserves recognition. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.

"The room was large and very clean and tastefully decorated. The views were amazing, the spa was fantastic. I received a massage and steam sauna and it was fabulous. Staff was so helpful. I walked to dinner and the gondola and along the river. I would highly recommend a stay here."
