The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo could definitely use some TLC. It hasn't been updated in awhile and the wear and tear is showing. It was quite expensive and I would have rather stayed in Beaver Creek village. There was plenty of snow, but the resort didn't groom the runs down to Arrowhead, so we had to take the shuttle back to our condo. So, it wasn't ski in/ski out. Also, the fire alarm went off due to a leak in the ceiling. We dealt with the fire fighters, alarm company and maintenance while we were there. We could only use 1 of the 3 bathrooms for 1 night. It was a mess. The property management company never got back to me when I asked for support. It was a terrible experience. I would never rent from them again. ##### Michele W. While this unit can sleep 8-10 people, there is not enough furniture in the living room/dining room. We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles). There is one couch in the living room and no chairs. Only 3 could sit comfortably on the couch, 4 if you don’t mind being cozy! There is no place for others to sit. The dining room table has 6 chairs with no spares in sight. And the spacious kitchen counter has only 2 counter stools. The fireplace is large and very nice. Unfortunately the huge TV perched above it is too high and at an awful angle that makes viewing hard on the neck! (We tried to watch a movie, and gave up!).
