They were very kind and communicative. They provided accurate and detailed instructions. The place is very clean. The only downside is the small kids upstairs. Kids can be loud. The owners live upstairs with small children & you can hear every footstep. One night the toddler jumped On the floor above our bedrooms until midnight. Another night it sounded like he was dropping marbles.I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kurig coffee machine, just an old fashioned coffee pot. I never did find a toaster. There needed to be instructions on how to work the thermostat & the tv remote. I would not recommend this rental at all!!! ##### HeATHER M. This suite is clean and has a lovely little kitchen area where we made coffee and breakfast. The internet access was easy to link onto and fast.
