These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 KING size beds in each room as well as a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The Master suite has a large 5 PIECE private bathroom complete with a relaxing jetted soaker tub as well as stand along shower & HUGE vanity. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly! Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (South) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen! Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes. 3\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal. Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
