Enjoy your vacation 2 bedroom (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 standard size Crib) \* LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT \* of 4-Plex apartment designed for luxury comfort. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your hearty and gourmet meals. Just 5 minutes drive to Whyte Ave, 10 minutes drives to downtown and the University of Alberta. A home away from home with free parking and smart home devices. You will love it here. It's a building with four separate living units. 2 units are in upper level and 2 units are in lower level. This unit is in LOWER level. 7 stair steps to go down to the unit. Our 4-Plex is located close to a busy street, and thus there are road noises when the windows are opened. Coin operated washer & dryer (two $1 per load) is shared with other guests and it is located in the lower level of the building.
