Located in an older three floor building. This renovated beautiful condo is just across the road from Commonwealth Stadium and next to a main LRT train station for quick and easy access into downtown and other areas.

★ 9 MINS TRAIN - Edmonton Expo Center  
★ 13 MINS TRAIN - University of Alberta  
★ 8 MINS WALK - Supermarket (Save-on-Foods)  
The space  
The apartment is decorated in a modern look with comfy beds and furniture to make you feel right at home. Also stocked in the apartment is a coffee maker with coffee, tea(different flavours), salt, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, etc. Ideal for those staying for several days and would prefer to save some money on a couple of meals.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment apart from a supply closet in the hallway.
