When I arrived to check in the lady was on her phone and glared at me. When I said I would like to check in she rolled her eyes and huffed about it. Seems I was inconvenienced her. She asked for my card and Id. I gave her my bank card, I don’t have a credit card. She got mad and started raising her voice to me about a deposit and a credit card and not paying a deposit since they know the company well that I work for. . I’ve stayed here many times before without a credit card using only a bank card and no issues. Tonight was a major issue. I couldn’t even check in. Never will I stay there again. Now I’m exhausted from working a 15 hour day and have to find another hotel to stay at.

We loved our stay there! The wallpaper seems "dated" and the queens seemed like double bed instead of queen

First room was incredibly hot but the front desk staff was fantastic. After being unable to drop the temperature in our room we were moved to another room. Second room was clean quiet and comfortable
