B & B ON YORKES is a lovely 2 storey holiday home on the Esplanade between Edithburgh and Sultana Point, accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests, with plenty of room for parking and the boat! Double driveway at front of property with access to another driveway at the rear of the property. An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula Holiday!

2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with fan/light, walk-in robe, ensuite with vanity and shower, sliding door leading out to balcony. Separate w/c.

Downstairs:
Kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, sandwich press, slow cooker, air fryer, kids plates, bowls and cups, island bench with bar stools, small coffee bar with Lavazza coffee pod machine, small selection of pods, syrup.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.
