It is a short 5-10 ish min walk to the beach. The house is so cute! They also tell you ahead of time what you need to supply yourself. We did come after a REALLY bad hurricane and there was a little mold and many bugs. I advised the homeowner who immediately responded and offered cleaners/assistance.
