This spacious, thoughtfully designed home is perfect for families and large groups, offering comfortable accommodations across two levels.

The open layout provides plenty of room to gather and unwind, while the upstairs living space offers a flexible area for additional guests or kids to enjoy their own space.

Step outside and enjoy everything this home has to offer. Out back, you’ll find a Weber 3-burner grill, perfect for cooking up meals after a day at the beach. The ground level features café lighting, an outdoor shower, and a ping pong table for added fun. There’s plenty of seating across multiple porches and patios, making it easy to relax and take in the coastal breeze.

In the backyard, unwind around the fire pit with comfortable Polywood Adirondack chairs, surrounded by beautiful uplighting that creates the perfect nighttime atmosphere. The property also features a high-end mosquito misting system that services the yard daily to help keep bugs away while you enjoy the outdoors.

A heated pool is available for an additional $120 per day.


Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. Additionally, serving alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age is not permitted under any circumstances.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $120 per day.

Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and under the home.

Please clean the grill after each use and refill the propane tank as needed. For safety reasons, do not touch or adjust any of the pool pumps or equipment.

If you use the fire pit in the backyard, please be sure to fully extinguish it with water when finished.

We loved our stay on Edisto and this house was every thing we could ask for! Lots of outdoor space for our kids and dog! Beds were super comfy and the master suite was incredible. The additional living room upstairs gave us all plenty of room to spread out! It was well stocked with everything we needed, even laundry detergent! Only complaint is they need a new dishwasher, it worked fine but racks were broken and hard to load. We will definitely be back!

Good house

I will give this house an 8 out of 10. The location is good and the house layout is also good. It is not too far from the beach. There were no screens on the back porch and the house is located next to a vacant, wooded lot so there were a lot of mosquitoes. Pack bug spray! There was also a miscommunication with the owner and the power company which resulted in a temporary power outage. To the rental companies credit, it was resolved quickly, but my 80 yr old parents did freak out for a bit. I do recommend this house, I think we were one of the first families to rent it, so the bumps we experienced are probably not the norm.
