Fall in love with the sweetest house on the block, 600ft from the beach. Charming 70’s beach cottage with all the upgrades to wow you and make your stay cozy.
Upstairs you’ll find main living room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with two twin beds and 1 bedroom with a queen. One extra large remodeled bathroom. Relaxing sun porch made for reading and naps. A front porch and back porch for coffee and dranks! Downstairs you’ll find a separate apartment with a new queen bedroom and bathroom right off the screened porch which has all the fixins': grill, sink, counter space, smart TV, plenty of seating and all kinds of lighting to turn up or turn down the mood. New outdoor shower with privacy and comfort… nothing better than a cool shower outside on a hot summer day. Bikes, swing, beach stuff, fishing poles and beach towels all provided for your convenience.
