The Space: Enter our home through a private main door and you'll be greeted by a welcoming hallway, spacious bedroom and a family bathroom with walk in shower. Head upstairs and you’ll discover a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area - perfect for slow mornings or cosy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a coffee or a home-cooked meal including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine available free for your use! The living space has a comfy corner sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring. Private parking right outside the door means you can easily venture out by car, or simply leave it and enjoy the city on foot. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Leith Walk, around 20 minutes from the Edinburgh Playhouse, and about 25 minutes from Waverley Station and Princes Street. You’re also only a short stroll from the Balfour Street tram stop, offering quick and easy connections between Edinburgh Airport and Newhaven. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request - just note that little ones should always be supervised.
