It was a 4th floor apartment. Upon entering the building, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The apartment was dirty. The mattresses were old, dirty and stained. One bedroom had carpeting which was heavily stained and not vacuumed. Behind the door was about 2” of dirt and fuzz. We also felt unsafe as the man who met us there was creepy. We voiced our opinion to Expedia and the guy who let us in and chose not to stay. We still had to pay for our stay. We asked to be compensated but the guy “Dennis” who told Expedia that was not his name refused a refund and Expedia agreed. The suite was lovely with a huge living area and the bedrooms were large as well , two bathrooms/shower rooms meant no waiting for others to finish and the underground parking was ample for all our cars . We were met by the owner , Richard , who couldn’t do enough for us and even gave our party of seven a lift in his courtesy mini bus to the theatre in the evening. Top man .
