The dining room can host at least 8 people and is attached to a fully-equipped kitchen, which opens to a South-facing back garden, protected from chilly winds and a real sun-trap. Great for outdoor dining when the weather behaves! Our home is on a quiet street facing the amazing Queen's Park and Arthur's Seat. It is just a few minutes walk to numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport links to the city centre. It take about 20 minutes to walk to Waverly train station, Princess Street, and Edinburgh Castle. It is around 10 minutes walk to the University where many of the Edinburgh Fringe events take place. This home is exactly as billed, very cozy yet spacious, art everywhere including the door knocker and drawer handles. All lovingly done. The location is perfect, whether you want to hike to Arthur’s seat out the front door or go exploring in the city. Our host Magnus was easy to communicate with and instructions were very clear.
