A stone archway leads to a fairy tale traditional spiral staircase which rises to this beautiful charming apartment - just off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's historic Old Town. The property itself is a fifth floor apartment laid out over two levels & joined by an inner spiral staircase. Elegantly furnished, & with stunning views over the city, this will provide a dream stay in Edinburgh. This is a fully licensed 5 bedroom apartment, with 3 bathrooms and a living room which can be used as a 6th sleeping area. The main living area is on the lower floor, as are all the bathrooms and 3 of the bedrooms. The property has a spacious kitchen and a dining area on this level. Upstairs there is another bedroom and a loft space, which serves as the final 5th bedroom. Despite being right on the Royal Mile, a stone's throw from the Castle, it is a surprisingly quiet flat. You will be renting the entire apartment. One important thing to note: The flat is on the fifth floor, and there is no lift access. I can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment to assist in carrying your luggage upstairs if required - it would be no problem at all, and this would be free of charge. The place was perfect for our group of 8 adults, 1 child, and an infant. The property was clean, we had all the amenities that we needed, and it was close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The location was a little tricky to find (the listed address was not correct on Google and Apple Maps), but Scott was great about meeting us and getting us to the right address. Important to note that there are 5 flights of spiral stairs to reach the apartment. Our group was all able-bodied and Scott was AMAZING at helping us carry all of our luggage UP and DOWN, but this could be a challenge if you have any individuals who may not be able to take that many stairs. Scott was so kind and also flexible about check-in so we didn't miss any must-see parts of Edinburgh. Highly recommend this property! ##### Matt P.
